Return and Refund Policy

You may return the vending machine within three (3) days of receiving it.

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the vending machine must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all accessories and packaging.

3. Return Process:

Notify us within three (3) days of receiving the vending machine if you wish to return it.
Our team will coordinate the return logistics at no additional cost to you.

4. Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned vending machine, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the machine is in satisfactory condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

5. Refund:

Upon approval, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions:

Damaged or vandalized machines are not eligible for a return. Please inspect your vending machine upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
